The Peep Show

The Peep Show

Happy Easter to all the Peepsters. A Peepster is anyone who has love for the chick-shaped sugar balls that line the grocery shelves on this glorious holiday. I could never get on the Peep-train myself until I saw these chocolate dipped delights at Target. The creamy Peeps were perfect toppers for my Easter morning mochas. Family approved!

Food coloring mixed into the whipped cream added a foamy pastel pallet to my mochas. I laid out the step-by-step process below. My only advice not seen is *heat your creamer in the microwave then froth it for 40 seconds. This step makes the perfect base for your whip and keeps the coffee hot for serving. You can use any coffee for convenience, although my favorite mocha grinds right now are Archer Farms Mocha Chocolate.

I felt extremely grateful to have both sides of my family in Toledo this weekend. We had a great start to the festivities watching Chase at the Michigan Spring game Saturday. Sunday was fun-filled with morning mochas, egg decorating (Ariana’s winning eggs are the beautiful ones featured above), an amazing dinner, and an incredibly challenging blindfolded egg hunt for the adults. So much love going around on such a beautiful and rejoiceful day!
